Coldstone Bay. "Sounds like a plan. I do hope that some of those poor unfortunate people are willing to listen to reason." he said. "If not, then they will have nothing left to live for." He bowed again keeping the calm demeanor on his face."I shall do my best."

"That's what I like to hear," Briar Rose replied. "Hopefully, some can be persuaded to come to my side. Always be on the look out for people who might be useful. You and Saluk have done well, and I've just acquired a young witch named Twilight to serve me. But I wouldn't mind having a few more people here to do things for me." She knew there were still some people in her kingdom that were loyal to her. If Hans could only find them, then maybe Briar Rose could see if they were good enough to enter her service.

"As you wish my queen." Hans said, and blinked at the mention of a young witch. "A young witch your majesty? Where did you find her?" Maybe it was better that he did not know. He had never trusted witches, He thought that they were mad and always ruined things for the world and he was not sure how he felt about one being in his queen's command

"Slave market, if you can believe that," Briar Rose replied. "The poor little thing was so frightened. But she has quite the magic power. Ever since Elsa ran off, I've been looking for someone to fill her place. And I believe Twilight can do it. I just need to push her a little more, get her to really open up to her powers. The same tactic worked with Elsa, and I'm sure it will with her, in due time."

"Ah," he replied. The slave market. That made sense actually, if witches were not run out of town where he was from then they were sold for others. "I do hope she won't end up like Elsa." he shook his head. he had heard all about Elsa, and the assassin was not pleased, how could someone that Aurora help raise turn against her just like it was nothing. "This Twilight was it? She should be thankful for you saving her life."

"I hope so too," Briar Rose replied. Even though it had been a while since Elsa had left, her betrayal still stung. Despite stabbing people in the back many times, Briar Rose hated it when it happened to her. And it seemed like ever since Elsa had betrayed her, people had been stabbing her in the back right and left. San and Luna were gone. Madellaine had aided in their escape. No, no. Stop it. You'll go into another fit if you think about them, she thought to herself. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath. That made her feel a little better. "Yes, she should. She's not quite there yet. But I'm sure she will be." Sure, Twilight was glad to be leaving the slave market. But Briar Rose could see her wondering if entering her service was any better than the slave market. Well, Briar Rose would soon assure her that working for her was the best thing for her. She just had to work at her, give her some time to adjust.

Hans could sense that there was something very wrong in his queen's mind. No doubt it was about her daughters. The traitors. He didn't understand why Queen Aurora didn't bother sending someone out to find them and punish them. Then again, maybe it was something about family or whatever.

Hans didn't say anything about her odd pause, but then again, most people here in the castle had gotten used to Briar Rose's odd moments. She was mad, after all. She knew it, they knew it, everyone knew it. Of course, Briar Rose didn't let that hold her back. Even though she was mad, she wasn't about to try and hide it. Might as well embrace it, so nobody could use it to hurt her. "I should probably go," she replied as she brushed a strand of blonde hair back. "It's been a while since I've visited Madellaine in the dungeons. Maybe my daughter is feeling a little more apologetic today." Of course, she doubted that. When Madellaine had said she would never regret her actions during Anne's escape, she had meant it. She hadn't taken back anything she had said against Briar Rose. But the queen was sure she would break eventually. Even the Queen of Thieves had eventually broken from being in the dungeons for too long. "Once you've made some progress on your missions, report back to me," she said to Hans. "I need to keep track of these things."

"As you wish. I wish you luck trying to get Madeline back on our side." he said bowing once more. He was glad that he had a chance to talk to Aurora. In truth, he had been doubting his decision to leave his home but she had changed his mind.

Briar Rose nodded her head. "Thank you." She left after that, tossing her hair over her shoulder as she went.
